When will BATTLES OF NAPOLEON - THE EAGLE AND THE LION be distributed?
Battles of Napoleon - The Eagle and the Lion is now in print, and we expect it to be distributed worldwide no later than the end of march/early april.

In which languages the game is available?
The game will be available in three different editions: English, German and Italian language.

Where may I order the game?
The game is published by NG International and distributed together with Fantasy Flight Games (exclusively in the USA and Canada, and non-exclusively in all other territories), Phalanx Games Deutschland (German edition), Giochi Uniti (Italian edition).
The Italian version will be distributed by Giochi Uniti and can be ordered online through www.ituoigiochi.it, when the game releases, or pre-ordered through the www.nexusgames.com.
The English version can be pre-ordered by non-USA/Canada customers through the www.nexusgames.com website. USA/Canada customers may order the game from Fantasy Flight Games, when the game releases, as Fantasy Flight Games is the exclusive distributor for this game in the USA.
The German version can be pre-ordered from Phalanx games, www.phalanxgames.de. Any pre-order collected from the www.nexusgames.com website, or at the Essen show, will be forwarded to Phalanx Games for being serviced.

I pre-ordered the game at the Essen Spiel 09 or at www.nexusgames.com, but I did not receive any reply. Did you receive my order?
We are now contacting individually all the customers who pre-ordered the game, confirming their order.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us before january, 30th, this means that there may be a problem in the receival of your order, and we recommend you contact us again at the address sales[at]nginternational.eu.

What is the suggested retail price of this game?
Battles of Napoleon - The Eagle and the Lion will have a suggested retail price of € 89,90 (incl. taxes) / $ 99,90 (+sales tax).

In the form I used to pre-order the game the price is listed as € 99,90, why should I pay more than the suggested retail price?
Customers who pre-order the game from anywhere in the European Union at www.nexusgames.com will pay a total of € 99,90, including € 89,90 for the product and € 10,00 as a contribute to the shipping/handling charges.
Customers pre-ordering the game from countries outside the EU will receive in their individual e-mail the information about the shipping/handling charge applying to their order, and can then decide whether they want to confirm their order or not.

When I submitted the order form, it states that the order is only valid until 31/12/2009. Is my order still valid?
Yes, your order is still valid. The date was meant as a guarantee to the customer that his/her order could be canceled if the game release would be late. We are of course more than happy to service your order, unless you decide to cancel it!

La versione italiana sarà distribuita da Giochi Uniti e può essere ordinate online attraverso il sito web www.ituoigiochi.it, quando il gioco sarà disponibile, o pre-ordinata attraverso il sito web www.nexusgames.com.
La versione inglese può essere pre-ordinata da clienti che non siano cittadini USA/Canada attraverso il sito web www.nexusgames.com. I clienti cittadini USA/Canada possono ordinare il gioco da Fantasy Flight Games, quando il gioco sarà disponibile, dato che Fantasy Flight Games è il distributore esclusivo per questo gioco negli USA.
La versione tedesca può essere pre-ordinata da Phalanx Games, www.phalanxgames.de. Qualsiasi pre-ordine dell'edizione tedesca raccolto sul sito web www.nexusgames.com, o in occasione della fiera di Essen, sarà rigirato a Phalanx Games per essere poi spedito.

Nel modulo che ho usato per pre-ordinare il gioco, il prezzo era indicato come € 99,90, perché devo pagare di più del prezzo consigliato?
I clienti che hanno pre-ordinato il gioco da un qualunque posto nell'Unione Europea presso il sito web www.nexusgames.com pagheranno un totale di € 99,90, composto da € 89,90 per il prodotto e € 10,00 come contributo per spese di spedizione.
I clienti che abbiano pre-ordinato il gioco da nazioni al di fuori dell'Unione Europea riceveranno al proprio indirizzo e-mail le informazioni relative alle spese di spedizione applicate al proprio ordine, e potranno poi decidere se vorranno confermare il proprio ordine o meno.

Sul modulo d'ordine che ho compilato era indicato che l'ordine era valido solo fino al 31/12/2009. Il mio ordine è ancora valido?
Sì, il tuo ordine è ancora valido. La data intendeva garantire il cliente nel caso in cui la data di uscita avesse subito dei ritardi. Noi saremo ovviamente più che felici di evadere il vostro ordine, a meno che non decidiate di cancellarlo!
